Portage Evangelical Church is a family of believers who come from different church backgrounds including Baptist, Pentacostal, Charismatic, and Mennonite.
Our uniting and central Focus is the Lord Jesus Christ! Our church is made up of young families, singles, children, youth, seniors, and middle aged. We stress the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ alone, prayer, missions, revival, the authority of the Bible, the cross, the blood, worship, holiness, and deep love to God and those around us. Our desire is to be a lighthouse in the city of Portage La Prairie that shines powerfully and brightly for Christ.
